- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I don't know where to begin. I visited this office for the first time and found the staff to be very cold and unprofessional. They forgot to take my blood after I had already left, so they called me to come back in. On another occasion, they had me go to the hospital to take another blood test but didn't bother to put in an order for it. So I had to sit in the ER for 4 hours to get it done. Anytime the nurse would call me, she acted rushed as if she didn't have time to talk to me. Dr. Creel was alright. He is very straight-forward and tells you like it is. The first time I met him, he went through this speech which felt like he tells everyone on their first visit. It seemed impersonal and a little robotic. He seemed very knowledgeable, but was a little harsh. His staff is what made me give his office a bad rating.June 17, 2017by Rachel Cook
